Pre Purchase Information
Before you make a purchase:
Please take the time to carefully review all the publicly available information to protect your rights and obligations.
Notes:
- When it comes to card activation and calculating expiry dates, pay close attention to the details provided in the product information.
- Keep in mind that the signal displayed on your phone, whether it’s for 3G, 4G, or 5G networks, depends on the type of mobile phone you have and the network services available in your area. Telecom signals can be affected by various factors like maintenance, location, time of day, and the device you’re using. If you encounter any issues, don’t hesitate to reach out to our support. We’re here to help, but please note that we do not accept returns due to poor network speeds.
- Avoid inserting the card or eSIM in areas with no coverage. Wait until you’ve reached your destination before inserting the card. Inserting it in non-destination areas may lead to issues like being unable to use it upon arrival or having fewer days of usage, and we won’t be able to assist in such cases.
- Before purchasing eSIM products or physical SIM cards, make sure to confirm whether your phone’s specifications are compatible. Phone models and sales channels can be complex, so it’s best to check with your phone’s manufacturer or retailer. If your phone doesn’t support the required specifications, we won’t be able to assist you.
- When sharing your network (hotspot), we recommended to limit it to one device only. Please note that the hotspot function is subject to Fair Usage Policy regulations. If you want to ensure the best quality, avoid sharing the hotspot with too many devices. We do not handle issues related to hotspot sharing.
- We cannot guarantee all apps on your phone will work internationally due to different national policies.
- To maintain fair internet communication usage, please avoid consuming excessive amounts of data, such as watching videos or playing games for extended periods, as this may result in network speed issues.
- If you encounter any problems with your SIM card or eSIM usage, contact support within 48 hours of inserting the card or binding the eSIM. Otherwise, 3Roaming will not be responsible.
- To help us assist you better, take a photo of the card number (ICCID for physical cards/eSIMs) upon receiving the product.
Purchase notes for eSIM products:
- The QR code is a one-time use product, so it cannot be refunded or replace once it had been activated. If you delete the eSIM, you’ll be responsible for the lost and we are unable to issue a new eSIM for you.
- Note that Apple phones activate immediately upon scanning.
- Both physical SIM and eSIM need to be used at the destination.
- If you fail to confirm whether your mobile device supports eSIM before purchasing, 3Roaming is not responsible.
For further information, refer to each eSIM product page.
