If your eSIM isn’t working as expected, please get in touch with us right away via chat or email at support@3roaming.com. We’re here to help!
- Our tech team will work closely with the relevant telecom operator to resolve the issue. If needed, we may ask for your mobile phone settings to assist with troubleshooting.
- Please note that refunds won’t be possible if your device isn’t compatible with the eSIM. Please visit what is eSIM for more information. We cannot issue a refund once the eSIM is generated. For Physical SIM Card that has not been activated, you can simply return to us and we can issue a refund with 5% admin fee deducted from the invoiced amount.
